Greg Weames is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist, Certified Professional Ergonomist (USA), a Canadian Registered Safety Professional, and has over 20 years of experience in Occupational Ergonomics. He has received his B.Sc. (Honors) in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo (1991) and his M.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Ottawa (1994). Greg is a past Regional President for the Association of Canadian Ergonomists for Alberta/NWT and is a past Director of the Health and Safety Conference Society of Alberta. Greg has held the Corporate Ergonomist position for both the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Canadian Pacific Railway. Greg has provided his Ergonomics expertise in manufacturing, energy, mining/refining, transportation and business sectors. Greg has extensive experience in both analysis of the work-relatedness of musculoskeletal injury and railroad ergonomics. Greg has been asked to provide expert witness services in over 800 occupational injury/disorder claims. Greg is a principle consultant with Page Engineering Inc. Greg provides corporate managerial ergonomics services, forensic and expert witness ergonomics services, as well as ergonomics design and risk analysis services to mainly medium to large size organizations in North America.
